You’ve got you.

Whether it’s a different size, color, or style, we’ll reprint and reship it faster than you can say “fashion emergency.”

To qualify:

  • Submit the Exchange & Return form, up to 30 days from your order date.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
    • Avoid cologne, perfume, or deodorant when trying on — scents or marks may void your return

To start an exchange:

• Email help@outofprint.com or chat with us
• Include:
– Purchase Order Number
– Name and address
– Products being returned
– Reason for return
– What you’d like to do (refund or exchange)

We’ll send a replacement or refund if:
• You got the wrong item
• Your product arrived damaged
• There’s a printing oopsie
• Something’s missing from your package
• Your order says “delivered” but never showed up

We’ll also refund delivery charges if the error was ours.

You’ve got 30 days to return your item. Here’s the scoop:

• Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached)
• Return shipping is on you (unless it was our mistake)
• You must provide a tracking number
• We’ll refund your purchase price once we receive the item

⚠️ If your order included a promotion, your refund may be reduced if the return drops you below the promo threshold.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet:
• Click the link in your email receipt to update your shipping address, size, or color
• Can’t add or remove items, but we can help with edits

If it’s already shipped, don’t worry — our exchange policy still has your back.
